Return & Exchange

You can return/exchange your orders in Srimanglam

User can exchange or return items following the policy of Srimanglam Return and Exchange. If the user has to be returned ordered Items, User are welcome at Srimanglam Platform. We only ask some question to be confirm related to product that product is with original tags and in original position.

We advise to pack item with envelope as well as user picked items from delivery boy during return/exchange item.

User can request to return Product at Srimanglam Platform, User has to be logged in first after that user has to go for specific product that has to be returned and make a request to Return and Exchange Product.

After requesting to Return Product, we will offer a courier service that will receive requested product from their pick up location as you will mention during requesting.

During Pick Up, Our delivery agent will check quality of the returned product and the request is applicable or not according to Srimanglam Return Policy.

If the request is applicable to proceed then Order amount of returning product will return on User’s Account within 7 days of Working Days.

In case the request is not applicable to proceed then Picked Item will be returned to user address again.

If you choose to exchange an item, our delivery staff will deliver the new item to you and simultaneously pick up the original item from you. Please note that we offer you an option to exchange items purchased by you on Srimanglam within the specified exchange period subject to your address being serviceable for an exchange.

The following EXCEPTIONS and RULES apply to this Policy:

  • All items to be returned or exchanged must be unused and in their original condition with all original tags and packaging intact (for e.g. shoes must be packed in the original shoe box).
  • Under Exchange Policy,
  • Exchanges are only allowed for pincodes which are serviceable for an exchange.
  • Item cannot be exchanged for multiple products and you are allowed to select single item for exchange. While customer can exchange multiple item at a time by initiating separate exchange request for each of the item.
  • Non- returnable products/categories cannot be exchanged.
  • Platform Handling Fee (as defined under ‘Terms of Use’) is not applicable to exchanged orders.
  • Srimanglam shall reserve the right to restrict exchange of the items purchased on Srimanglam if customer in any way breaches or misuse this policy, as determined in Srimanglam’s sole discretion.In case you have purchased an item which has a free gift/offer associated with it and you wish to return the main item, then you will have to return the free product as well.
  • Srimanglam will not be liable for the products returned by mistake. In circumstances where an extra or a different product is returned by mistake, Srimanglam would not be accountable for misplacement or replacement of the product and is not responsible for its delivery back to the User
  • If you self-ship your returns, kindly pack the items securely to prevent any loss or damage during transit. For all self-shipped returns, we recommend you use a reliable courier service.

NOTE: NO PRODUCTS SHALL BE ACCEPTED IF THE WARRANTY CARD IS MISSING WHILE RETURN OR EXCHANGE OF THE PRODUCTS.

How do I request to exchange product on Srimanglam?

If you would like to create a request to exchange products purchased from Srimanglam, please follow below mentioned steps:

  • You can create a request to exchange for products purchased from Srimanglam within the specified return/exchange period that is mentioned on product details page under “My Orders” section of Srimanglam Platform. If your address is serviceable means ‘Delivery Option’ is available on the mentioned address location for exchange you will be able to proceed and generate an exchange id as per item to be requested to exchange/return. Please note down your exchange id for future.
  • After this Place the product in a packet but do not seal this packet, keep in mind or ensure product is unused, unwashed with all the tags intact.
  • Our delivery staff will collect the product, please hand over the original product to our delivery staff and receive the exchange item from him. Please ensure that you have the original item available with you at the same address which has been selected for delivery of the exchange item.
  • At any time, you can track the status of your exchange requests under “My Orders” of Srimanglam Platform.

Why has my return been put on hold despite?

At the time when user request to create a return, customers are requested to confirm (via a check box click) that the product being returned is never used and original tags and price tags are not missing. At the time of pickup, if the above mentioned conditions are not fulfilled, your return may be put on hold pending further clarification with our Contact Center

Why have I not received my Refund despite Instant Refunds policy?

Your refund will be reflected instantly for refunds taken into source accounts via UPI and Wallet (48hrs in case of delay). Refunds made to source accounts (credit card, debit card, and netbanking) may take 7-10 days to appear in your account, depending on your bank partner.

How long would it take me to receive the refund of the returned product?

After completing the refund has been initiated by Srimanglam as per the Returns Policy, the refund amount is expected to br reflected in the customer account according to the timelines listed below:

  • NEFT - 1 to 3 business days post refund initiation
  • Online Refund – 7 to 10 days post refund initiation, depending on your bank partner

Please note, Srimanglam initiates the refund upon successful return pick up, or after the returned item has reached us and quality check is successful. Therefore, the refund initiation time may vary by time taken by the courier partner to deliver the return to a Srimanglam warehouse. In case of any refund discrepancies, Srimanglam may at its sole discretion, request you to share with us a screenshot of your bank statement.

Does Srimanglam pick up the product I want to return from my location?

Currently, we pick up products only from selected PIN Codes, If your area pincode is serviceable or our courier partners can provide services at that particular pincode location, you will be able to select the pickup option when you create a Return Request on Srimanglam Platform.

  • We will pick up the return within 4 - 7 days from the requested date.
  • Please keep the return shipment ready.

Why has my return request been declined?

This may be cause of damaging of returned product, original or tag are missing. you are not eligible for a refund and Srimanglam has no liability with respect of this return request by user. Please call our Customer Executive to get more details.

Why is my returned product re-shipped?

This may be happened if the returned item is used, damaged or missing original or MRP tags, in this case you fail to accept to the receipt of re-shipped item, you are not eligible for a refund and Srimanglam has no liability with respect of this return request by user.
